Matt Plowman – General Manager
Matt entered the industry while going to college at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs for Mechanical Engineering. He started in the construction industry as a field technician at 19 years old and has completed every type of work in the industry from small mold mitigation projects to large commercial projects. Matt was promoted from a field technician to Mitigation Manager and ran all mitigation projects as well as was in charge of estimating them. He was then given the added responsibility of creating a reconstruction division and estimating that as well. Afterwards, he was promoted to General Manager and was responsible for all areas of the business for the owner. After 13 years in Colorado Springs, Matt decided to move to Denver with his family and took a position with a start up restoration company as a General Manager. He helped this company grow to a leader in the industry during his 8-year tenure there before making the move to open Able Construction & Remodeling. Matt Brings his 20 years of experience and contacts to every project he works on.
Mike Greene – Operations Manager
Mike has been in the construction industry for over 30 years with formal training from the Contractor’s Union in St. Louis, MO. His career began as a craftsman and has grown with experience in project management, water/mold/fire mitigation and most recently as a General Contractor, where he has run a successful small business for the last 10 years. As a General Contractor he has managed a large portfolio of jobs including whole home remodels, large additions and commercial tenant finish. When he is not working, Mike is usually outside enjoying the state of Colorado while mountain biking, camping, hunting, driving his classic VW Bug and spending time with his family.
